      Everyone was doing great during training. It was the only time when it didn’t feel so stressful.

      Cons

      Horror begins after training and starting real work! Beware, the job isn’t as easy as they made it sound. Tasks were simple but it’s the most pressuring and most stressful thing! Most of my co-trainees didn’t last six months. Some were fired, some just couldn’t bear the stress that made the atmosphere toxic!

      The beach-town setting is peaceful.

      Cons

      Every detail of our work was scrutinized to an extreme. There was no room for creativity or independent thinking. I felt like I had to justify every click, even if it slowed down performance. Stress built up fast in an environment that didn't trust its own experts.

      Location was accessible, and company events.

      Cons

      Rude coworkers, demanding management, they want all your time, but don't pay you accordingly. There's a lot more happening than what others see on the outside, harassment of staff, unethical behavior, it's all terrible!
