      Pros

      - transparent, impactful culture. Teams work with OKRs and quarterly summits, meaning your contributions directly shape the company’s direction - cozy, fun offices with nap rooms, ping-pong, chin-up bars, adjustable desks, and comfy nooks for focused work - warm welcome culture (I had a mini party at my first day to get to know each other outside the professional environment). Also, fresh lunches, fruit, smoothies, and barista-grade coffee served every day - core work hours with flexible scheduling, whether you need to drop out for an appointment or beat traffic

      Pros

      I've been with the company for almost 3 years and it's been a wonderful journey. It's the perfect place to learn and grow. Planable offers excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits such as team-buildings every 2 months, great compensation, free lunches, team retreats in awesome locations, casual dress, etc. One of the things I've always appreciated is the fact that the management team leads by example. They don't just push team members towards excellence—rather, they actively demonstrate that excellence and offer the space and resources for everyone else to shine.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone. We’re growing at the speed of ⚡️ here. And so will you. It’s the place where weirdness is embraced, jokes are encouraged, emojis, memes, and passion for great products are at the core.
