Lacks transparency and will lead you to believe one thing when they're working against you behind the scenes or threaten your job security if you disagree or stand up for yourself because they were crossing boundaries or using abusive threatening language because you were trying to do what’s right
Nearly every week toxic conflicts ensued between different departments and amongst teams with a majority left unresolved/no consequences.
High performers already working long hours throughout the company were constantly asked/pressured to do the job/tasks of those responsible for the tasks because the individuals responsible for the tasks are incapable, lazy, or lack the intelligence to do/learn it themselves. Otherwise, will be seen as not being a team player when already working 40-70 hours per week, seen as unfriendly/uncooperative/not doing enough.
Toots diversity but senior leadership in US office is predominantly white except Engineering. At 2020 off-site, there were obscenely drunk people. An executive and marketing lead were seen slapping each other across the face as a game, people were on tables, etc. In 2019 and 2020 there were complaints of sexual harassment
