Too many people wanting to jump up to management and bring they're less than qualified friends with them. Nepotism and favoritism are horrible in this industry and needs more testing and proving of skills before anyone is allowed to run jobs, this includes plant officials as well in all honesty. But what can I say I'm really only reviewing so I can continue to use Glassdoor to look for work because this company has pretty much gone under and refuse to follow California guidelines.
