Ownership over enterprise accounts and direct exposure to cross-functional teams
Cons
Focus felt overly reactive. Initiatives changed quickly depending on the quarter’s numbers or who was in the room.
Executive leadership often pushed conflicting priorities. CS was expected to drive renewals, expansion, AND adoption, but without a clear strategy or enablement.

- Good Culture
- Consistently improving solution/product in ultra-competitive marketplace
-Remote
-Transparent internet process, that was a really good experience, they know what they are looking for which is indicative to the current culture
Fun culture, flat leadership structure allows easy access to executives. Most employees are competent and helpful, typically low performers don't last long and higher performers are rewarded well. Everyone knows everyone type of atmosphere. You have a lot of control over the challenges you choose to take on.
Cons
Planview has grown rapidly through acquisition, and different product teams have drastically different processes in place to solve similar problems, sometimes these are good, sometimes these are bad. Planview is also constantly trying to align these new acquisitions with the overarching company culture, which can lead to rapid and sometimes painful changes.
