Pros

- Most workers tend to be friendly and fair. - Loose work hours overall, - Most take pride in the product produced as it puts smiles on so many people, theater!

Cons

- Poor pay - Don't expect a raise of any kind - Don't expect an Xmas bonus - Horrible medical plan - Limited guidance / resources - No appreciation expressed - Ultimately its just a job

Pros

if you love theater, there are passionate people there who share that love.

Cons

You will not see shows for free. Compensation is low, unless you are in sales. Benefits are not great Reviews are infrequent, raises are rare Management will sometimes leave their door open and scream at an employee for the rest of the office to hear as a leadership tactic
