What has stood out most to me, though, is the people. The leadership team and managers are some of the most intelligent, strategic, and thoughtful individuals I have had the opportunity to partner with throughout my career. Since joining, every person I have worked with has been kind, respectful, collaborative, and willing to help. There is a strong culture of partnership where ideas are welcomed, expertise is valued, and people work together to solve problems rather than operate in silos. The company is navigating an exciting period of growth and transformation, and it's inspiring to work alongside such talented colleagues who are passionate about what they do.
