      Wrong Business

      Pros

      Friendly employees & free tea in the evening.

      Cons

      This is a scam business. The co-founders of the company have quit and the owner and the management keep promising better salaries and acquisition or funding. They hire and fire. The entire marketing leadership quit the organization. they pay the salary on the 10th. No perks. HR doesn't care about employees. No Exit interviews.

      Hi! Thank you for your review. We wish your experience with us would have been more satisfactory. On the upside, we’re happy to say, so much has changed since. We are now a funded startup in its hyper growth stage and are being led and mentored by some of the best talent in the global e-commerce industry. They have helped shape and streamline all our processes including HR & Payroll to name a few and implemented many best practices as well. As a process we used to credit salaries on the 10th of every month. I am happy to report, we have since, upon our teams request, reworked our payroll cycle entirely and now all salaries are credited on the 31st of every month. We are seriously committed to getting better and better in every way. We thank you for your feedback and are happy we have been able to grow, improve and organically address all your concerns. We hope you get the chance to witness how far we have come and we wish you all the best in your career.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work in a fun, relaxed environment and highly professional at the same time. The management is extremely supportive with High Ethical Values! Even in these testing times. It's always a "Team Work" here.

      Honestly, I haven't come across one, which would really matter.

      Promising company with no money

      Great team mates to work with. Employee actually are good technically. Great Team leaders

      Cons

      No money, salary delay of about 3-4 months Calendar holidays can get cancelled when ever the owner think Management treat employees like slaves Management consists of bunch of young boys who likes to keep Marvel Photo Frames on the table but know nothing how to run a company. The only exception to this is a guy who look into marketing. The good reviews about the company that you might see here are the current employees who were FORCED by the management to write good reviews.
