      As with any growing fintech, things move fast and priorities can shift, but that also means you’re constantly learning and influencing real outcomes. Processes are still being refined, which can be challenging, but it gives you the opportunity to help shape how things are done

      Inspiring Mission, Smart Team, and Genuine Culture

      Pros

      Point is one of those rare places where the mission is not only meaningful, but actually lived out day to day. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and intentional about creating a culture where people feel heard, supported, and empowered. The team is incredible smart, collaborative, and humble. Everyone at the company is approachable and they truly care about everyone's feedback and ideas. No big egos... just people working hard toward a shared goal. Onboarding and training were thoughtful and organized, and I was set up for success from Day 1. There's a healthy balance of higher performance and humanity.. you're expected to do your best, but also encouraged to take care of yourself.

      Cons

      As any startup in growth mode, things move fast and priorities shift quickly. That said, leadership does a good job of communicating changes and context.

      Ever-changing in good ways

      Pros

      Excellent support from management and team, fantastic, diverse culture, great pay, really good work-life balance. Good product with a lot of demand. Don’t even think about applying here if you can’t handle a lot of change!

      Cons

      Product can be a bit confusing to understand and explain. Homeowners that we work with often have complicated property titles that slow down the process. This can create many delays and frustration on the part of homeowners. Also, time kills all deals. Don’t even think about applying here if you can’t handle a lot of change!
