      politics at management level Partial distribution of salaries (you have to fight for getting same salary as someone in your junior role is getting)

      Not a great place to work

      Decent pay for health tech.

      Cons

      Really bad management, poor engineering design, sprints are close to 5 weeks and planning is brutal. They deploy software approx 1 a quarter.
