Pros
The work culture at Pointer is really positive and fun. There is good communication between everyone, which increases the chances of better collaboration and help foster a camaraderie among employees that boosts both performance and morale. Every month there are fun engaging events organized that keeps everyone from getting bored at work. Overall its a nice place to work.
Cons
Since this is an agency, there are a wide variety of projects you can get assigned to. Sometimes some of the projects are not as fun and somewhat tedious.

Pros
It's great to work with a group of talented and engaged people! Every project brings exciting new challenges and there are constant opportunities for growth. The job comes with everything else you'd want: fun social events, health benefits, unlimited sicks days, ample vacation time, snacks.
Cons
Deadlines can be tight which can sometimes require overtime but it's becoming more rare. The team is growing quickly and the project managers have made great strides in setting more realistic timelines.
