      It's a good place to develop skills if you're fresh out of school and looking to build your resume. Or if you just want work.

      Cons

      It's no place for an experienced / senior person to work. You will get frustrated by a top-down style of management and no room for career advancement.

      Low salary, Repetitive/Boring Work

      - Constant employee turnover provides job security to those who wish to stay in their boring job. - The business is doing very well, and it is likely to thrive for many decades to come. However, the investors rather than the employees are the largest beneficiary of the thriving business. - Get to work with younger employees, who are fun to work with. However, they soon realize that there are much better opportunities out there.

      Cons

      - Very low salary, especially considering how well the business is doing. - Given repetitive/boring/easy work by management. No action was taken by management when more difficult/exciting work was requested. - High turnover of intelligent/hard-working/pleasant employees because of the low salary/boring work. The company only seems to retain lazy employees that have a poor attitude.
