Pros

flexible working environment using own technology to enable employees to work anywhere

Cons

used to be a collaborative and close knit environment before acquisition. a lot of processes and systems are now broken, management keeps backpedalling on their decisions, became a very SILO company, lack of communication resulting in attrition and good people leaving

Pros

Great pantry snacks and drinks. People from other department were friendly.

Cons

Management only make uses of the staffs, ideally promotion is for people who obey their instructions. All the views and ideas from support engineer (APAC), were absorb by the management. An example is when there is meeting, support engineers were suggest some ideas and management will come in and say he had the same ideas and present this to the management. All these are such an example that leader leads as it never listen to the others and insisting there were correct. The support teams members as of now had already 4 resign over this years. The working environment is currently full of struggling as management busy with oneself engagement activities like SEED, etc... and running the team wildly thinking of the help of team lead, making uses of one another talent and skills. Even bought gifts for other department to bring over to send appreciate to buy over the hearts. Very protective of the team members which is indeed good sometimes but it spoils the reputation between channel sales department.
