Pros
Have good benefits for employees, better salary than comparable jobs for the work that was required. The people are so friendly; I enjoyed my time there. It’s a small company. They have a good focus on the quality of their products...we had yearly audits by outside companies, and internal process checks.
Cons
You can only carry over 20 days of vacation every 6 months. You cannot access you hours and pay, online through a company employee login, probably because it is such a small company.
