Pros

Nive team work and amazing destination as North Pole, Amazonia river or Antarctica. It's small ship (250pax) so the atmosphere is nice with the other staff and with the passenger. If you're good you can make an average of 1000€ tips per month, some cruise the tips are prepaid and each service staff get 300€ per cruise but is not all the cruise

Cons

Long working hour. Have to do loading of food and beverage and garbage, can make the working days up to 15h

Pros

Highly functional marketing department, which provided a very enriching experience. Generally, it was a very hands-on and involved internship where we were participated in all brainstormings, breifings, and conferences. We got private tours of the cruise ships on two occasions, and had a christmas holiday party as well as christmass trees as presents.

Cons

It was inconvenient that being such an international company, not many people spoke english.
