Terrible communication. I would have to wait at least a week to hear anything from these people, sometimes even 2 weeks.
Absolutely zero loyalty. Other coworkers didn't care about the quality of their work or what their supervisors thought of them.
The turnover rate is so high because your supervisors don't actually care about you as a person and see you as just another cog in the machine.
Management is god-awful. I can't even begin. They hired me, scheduled me for training, and then literally did not show up. They completely ceased contact with me after this happened.
Was allowed to use phone to pass time, free gelato whenver.
Cons
Inconsistent pay, illegally did not provide pay stubs, Shifts are mainly done alone, a very sketchy and ratchet enviroment (did not proparly sanitize dishes, made pops with expired milk), bad and disorganized management, minimal to no actual training.
