Pros
BIM standards are decent. Office interior is nice, business development seems to be working.
Cons
Boring work - You don't get much exposure to the construction process, probably spend more time choosing a color palette than designing proper spaces for people. Not much respect for the people actually producing the drawings and their time. Lack of proper planning and management of client's expectations which results in needless crunch.
