Populus is a friendly, supportive environment where we work hard and play hard together. Good training and team spirit combines with a set of values by which we work with candidates and clients all over the world. There is a focus on progression for everyone, enhancing skills and working to one's strengths. Everyone works hard to make the company the success it is. I look forward to work every day.

Made to feel very welcome, supportive atmosphere, hard working small business who strive to get the best out of everyone
Cons
No cons. The world of global executive search and recruitment is of course a very fast paced sector, therefore future employees need to be prepared to bring their A game to work at Populus Select, have a flexible outlook and be comfortable with being reactive.
