Pros
Very caring owners who try to place everyone in positions where their strengths are best used. Good atmosphere - employees work as a team without hesitation.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business, there are times that are more hectic than others and employees are stretched to the limit. It is a growing company, so that is one of the expected "growing pains".
