      It is a working library.

      Cons

      I have never seen managment act this way in all my years of librarianship. Run, dont walk from this job! All of the directors are just not good.

      Pros

      Great middle-management relationships and a feeling of family and community among the floor staff. The unity of everyone down at the desk-level is unrivaled. Good selection of materials and outstanding patrons.

      Cons

      Unreliable support from highest management/administration. Highly unstable communication through management from highers to lowers, communcation from admin going down to their Team Leads specifically. Unreliable results on the upkeep of trespassing individuals, to the detriment of overall staff safety.
