      Great teams (can be dependent on your focus), smart people.

      Cons

      Omnicom has progressively chipped away at many PN "pros". The office culture is somewhat nonexistent and can start to feel cliquey/siloed if you don't work with local staff. Not many opportunities for formal professional development or management training
