Nothing except the number of events they are organising in office
Cons
No value for employees. There is no help from management HR team biased to management, they won't listen anything from employees. Worst exit process, you have to visit office number of times to get experience letter and HR won't receive call or reply to mail. Basically they don't care once you leave company. Join this company at your own risk.
