      The Starbucks coffee machine was nice.

      Racism, favoritism, no upward mobility. Only those who have personal relationships with those in power will be here long term.

      Pros

      Great company environment, super fun. Super flexible when you have other things going on in life as long as you tell them. Casual dress code.

      Cons

      Management has too many close relationships to certain employees and it makes it seem unfair to other employees. Private relationships should not be brought to work and there is way too much favoritism and it makes the work environment not so friendly. No place to grow in your career unless you are BFFS with management or HR

      Fun work environment, great co-workers

      Cons

      Upper management is unprofessional, CEO is a great person but not in the know of how certain management favor other people. If you're on the right list you're treated well.
