Pros

I was fortunate enough to work with a wonderful manager. Great products with potential to grow.

Cons

My worst job experience to date and I cannot recommend anyone to work for this company. The environment is chaotic filled with ineffective processes and employees. Not uncommon to apply for one position and then turn into another. You may be asked to work the call center (older employees think this is perfectly normal) and maybe even the warehouse! CEO Nelson Taxel creates the company chaos by micromanaging to the point where the employees do not have to think for themselves. You are told how to do your job because you will not be trusted. Only those who have been working with Taxel for awhile and have a personal tie to him, have credibility. And those employees unfortunately, are the ones driving the company to the ground. The President is clueless.

Pros

Hmm.... Probably that you learn the signs of a bad company so you can avoid one in the future.

Cons

Horrible management, majority of them think they are professional but they are truly such cynics who and lash out at their employees. HR management is disgusting, who put them in charge of HR? Employees try to speak to HR Management and they are always too "busy" to speak to anyone. They push employees to speak to the other ladies in HR (might as well make them in charge) or to their supervisors. As if they are too good to speak to anyone. Also, managers and supervisors never want to help employees, they get annoyed when asked for help. It's rare to find good managers or supervisors anywhere in the company.

Pros

Some of the staff ( the ones being abused) are great people! They unfortunately are stuck at this miserable poorly managed company due to the bad economy.

Cons

If I could rate this company a minus 5 stars I would. Where to begin- management is a bunch of lying thieves. They look for unintelligent brown-noses to promote to supervisor positions. These people couldn't survive in a real company. The Customer Service and Sales Department is a joke. In CS they treat the reps like garbage screaming at them even while customers are on the phone. The Sales Dept has deceiving individuals always trying to take earned commissions away. These people truly have issues! The management promises the world but are compulsive liars! This company cuts corners to fatten their wallets at the employees expense.
