Pros

Some of the experienced employees are supportive

Cons

I had the unfortunate experience of working at [Company Name], and I can confidently say it was one of the most frustrating work environments I've encountered. The company’s culture is far from positive—there’s a pervasive lack of support and collaboration, which makes it difficult to stay motivated and productive. The HR department is a particular low point. They’re unresponsive, unapproachable, and seem more concerned with protecting upper management than addressing employee concerns. Unfortunately, I also witnessed discrimination in the selection and promotion processes, with decisions often made based on favoritism rather than merit. The management team seems to lack any clear vision or direction. Plans frequently change without communication, leaving employees feeling confused and uncertain about their roles. Leadership is reactive rather than proactive, and as a result, the company struggles to make meaningful progress or innovate in its industry. Overall, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy, supportive, or forward-thinking work environment. There are serious systemic issues that need addressing, and until they are resolved, I would advise anyone to think twice before joining.

Pros

The Gentry Family & some old great colleagues. Strong legacy products and legacy stuffs.

Cons

Too much political, Too heavy at the top level and very weak at bottom level. Apart from CEO, all executives lack of product knowledge, in the end no one can understand what technical people is trying to communicate. CEO is no longer involving actively with business that he used to be. There is a vision on the paper, but top managers are busy playing politics.

Pros

If you want to work for a "tech" company in Springfield, this is more or less your only option.

Cons

Management is worse than non existent, bordering on actively engaged in tearing down the company. There is no cohesive vision for the company's future (which is becoming exceedingly bleak), and it is obvious current management is more focused on public appearance than actually solving anything. Pay & benefits are dismal, especially for professional-level positions. Advancement opportunities are effectively non existent, and largely dependent on whether 1 of the 4 or so "factions" likes you and wants you to come to their section of the company. No understanding of work-life balance, nor any incentive to perform, as whatever you do will be undermined or otherwise negated.
