      - no hard requirements for equipment - remote friendly as long your team is OK with it - great work life balance, focus on life - small teams that operate fully autonomously, they get to decide the technologies and methodologies used within their team, and tools - management that listens to employees - possibilities to switch up roles within the company

      - slower work and decisions can take a while - not as exciting as a startup
