Pros

Great product. Very collaborative in a remote setting. Flexible work hours and decent pay. Great team with a bunch of experience.

Cons

Typical early stage start-up pains. Seems like they are moving away from remote. Dental + vision not completely covered. Just like other tech companies, they are doing rounds of layoffs.

Cons

We know the rules of the game we are playing. It’s a tough market. Can’t say a bad thing about Postal. Incredible group of good-hearted people.
