      You get paid and your in the union

      The owners where born with silver spoons in their mouths and have no idea how to treat there employees. The guys in the office have no clue what there doing and are just puppets. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

      Good people and positive work culture; communication between business groups and departments is excellent; on-site kitchen provides breakfast and lunch with healthy options

      Cons

      no sick days / personal days - you need to use vacation and once that runs out take time off w/o pay. long days with only 1/2 hour for lunch
