Pros

Friendly environment Helpful co-workers Clean, new, and big facility at Airport location Great for learning a lot from others as a beginner Good training

Cons

MUST ASK A LOT of questions to understand things/processes fully. Typically need to work through several projects simultaneously which may cause overwhelming/pressure. Starting salary for an Electrical Engineer is very low.

Pros

My co-workers were very friendly and helpful. There was definitely a sense of camaraderie and a welcoming feeling. Supervisors were willing to work with the employees regarding schedule or job issues. Birthdays and landmark anniversaries were treated in a jovial manner making it a fun environment and boosting morale. I was at the company for nearly 8 years and didn't want to leave.

Cons

Communication wasn't a strong point. Neither was training. A few programs and processes we had to learn on the fly while we were doing it. If there was a training session, it wasn't conducted very efficiently so when it was over, people were just as confused. Sadly these days, the company isn't doing too well due to poor business ethics from the top.

The upper management from the leads to the supervisors too the top dog are inconsiderate. They talk down to you like you are a lower life form then them. They also make some of the most idiotic decisions for the work place. Plus low pay amazingly low pay
