      Pros

      PDS is a very enjoyable place to work, flexible hours based on your requirements, super teamwork atmosphere where one can discuss problems to obtain the best possible solutions. PDS provides training / learning opportunities for those who wish to expand their engineering knowledge related to Electric Utility Transmission and Distribution Designs (Aerial / Underground). PDS provides social events during the year for all employees wishing to attend.

      Benefits such as 401k, Health Insurance, competitive salary. At PDS, there is a commitment to their people that a lot of organizations claim to have but in reality, it's a much different story. They care about your success professionally and personally. The team at PDS go above and beyond to keep people happy and working.
