      Pros

      The environment is friendly. Majority of employees at the Gilbert office are Bilingual as the company is Spanish. The support and literate is in English. I’m not sure why other reviews complain about a language barrier that was probably before my time. The work life balance is the best I’ve experienced. That’ll be what I miss the most.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced as downed equipment is a high priority.

      Pros

      Since joining, I’ve seen firsthand how committed the company is to continuous improvement—not just in business growth, but in how it supports and empowers its people. I’ll admit, I had some doubts before accepting the offer due to negative comments. But my experience has been completely different. What I’ve found is a collaborative, forward-thinking team and a workplace that’s evolving and thriving.

      Cons

      As a foreign company establishing operations in the U.S., the early stages naturally involved some trial and error. Adapting to a new market and culture was a challenge—but one that the company has successfully overcome. It’s clear for me that those initial hurdles have led to meaningful growth and stronger alignment with the local environment.
