Horrible working environment, unprofessional manager who doesn't know how to respect the staffs, raising her voice over petty issues, just like scolding her kids. Dont join unless you need a naggy mum.

No AWS / VB / Incentive. The work environment is highly unpleasant with an unprofessional manager who disrespects the staff, often raising her voice over trivial matters as if she were scolding children. As a leader, manager fails to appreciate the hard work of her employees and add on a lot of restrictions and rules to the department. All the staffs must follow her instructions if not she will keep on gossip about the staff attitude is not correct. This is highly unprofessional and non-flexible. My advice : Avoid joining unless you want a nagging presence!
