Pros
Most long serving cross-functional colleagues were helpful, collaborative and hardworking. Peers and team mates were caring, co-operative and supportive in many ways.
Cons
Overloaded responsibilities with inadequate resource to share/delegate tasks, hence long working hours daily at office and home and even spilled across weekends working from home. No work-life balance. The only concern for top management was to take close tab monthly on revenue and KPIs performance - in order to please share-holders and entice buyers for acquisition. Many experienced and professional people left the company and only be replaced by short-lived new-comers who could not fit in with the fast pace culture nor sustain the pressure.
