Pros

Most of the people are awesome. You get to work with some large brands.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work. You felt confident that you would have a long stable career. Not anymore. Son has taken over business and clearly didn't learn from his father how to run a business. They don't train so that employees who have dedicated themselves can learn and stay up with the new technology. This hurts the business. Now it seems get rid of the old hire the young even if they may know the knew technology they don't have the skill set or the drive to do the work correctly and efficiently. A lot of people leave because of no set company policies. (raises, bonuses, promotions). Unless you are in a select group you are forgotten.

Pros

It seems like to me some people really care about the employees and business

Cons

The top brass people are the same as they always have been and nothing will get better as long as certain people are in charge of certain departments

Pros

The greatest thing about Power is the employees.

Cons

Well, sadly what was it's greatest assist is now gone. While there are still a few long timers, most of the really hard workers that were willing to do what it takes to get the job complete have now been let go. (they were also GREAT at their jobs). Which has hurt the moral of the company deeply. They don't give those that have been there and that are loyal to the company a chance to learn and grow. Promotions unless you are one of the favorites rarely happens. If you look at their career page, it brags on how long employees have been there and that is what they are looking for, UPDATE that page. It not longer pertains to the NEW power.
