Mid-lower level colleagues are friendly and helpful.

Lack of trust between management and employees. Typical Cinaman company - Poor H&S caring, Poor staff benefits, and Poor treatment of staff. Penalizing > Encouragement / Incentivise No bonus for sales team - Management justification: Sales team got incentive Whereas, incentives can never be achieved. You may enjoy the most farewell lunch in your entire life. Ultra high employees turn over rate. Minimum employee's benefits - AL / MC / Ph (mostly minimum requirement) Unreasonable tasks / timeline. Never compliance to government H&S rules during COVID pandamic

Lunch are provided during pandemic. The only thing that i can compliment.

Cons

The management are suck. Higher level doesn’t give you an opportunity to growth, all they know just belittle and downgrade people. He said this is the culture working in factory, how come? Even they dont know how to do their own job! Very toxic environment. From the 1st day i step onto this company i can feel the negative vibes surrounded me. He said to fight for my OT worked on saturday but what i get is “it is your responsibility’ all are nonsense! Your level is nothing to me if you can’t be polite to others.

The TOP management always brings wars to the company, threatening job security, cursing with vulgar words, and even making life threats if work is not done. All are allowed according to the company rules as long as the TOP person is doing it.
