Pros

Colleagues are hard-working and extremely dedicated. Casual, comfortable work environment.

Cons

Lack of resources provided by management make it difficult and stressful to complete tasks. Management, who do not possess any true hands-on experience, have unrealistic expectations on how long assignments take to complete. If you work in a key role, be prepared to invest anywhere from 65-75 hours a week.

New CEO truly has the knowledge to lead a team that is totally focused on Customer Excellence. Lots of needed change and updates are happening and it is nice to see a company walk the walk and talk the talk.

Cons

Previous history of this company haunts the good that is being done now.

Total remote workforce. Many changes all for the positive with the addition of a new affiliation to a new Portfolio. Excellent work environment. Company took care of its employees as well as its customers during COVID. A very high degree of comradery and desire to succeed.

Cons

Haunted by the past history of the company.
