Pros

Quality of work and products are good. Business is doing good and there is good demand. Startup culture. So getting things done is appreciated. Lot of focus and access to AI tools. AI learning is encouraged which is very good.

Cons

With startup culture, working hard is normal. Coordinating across US hours could be tiring.

Pros

I have been with this company for a little over two years and have seen both its challenges and its growth. In the earlier days, the lack of strong leadership direction and clearly defined processes often created confusion, inefficiencies, and a sense of uncertainty. These were noticeable struggles for both employees and the business. Over the past several months, however, I have witnessed a remarkable shift. Leadership has become stronger, more approachable, and more focused on long-term vision. Processes are now structured and consistent, which has improved day-to-day operations and provided much-needed clarity. This change has not only stabilized the company but has also built confidence among employees about the organization’s direction. The culture feels more positive and collaborative, employee morale is higher, and there is a stronger sense of purpose across teams. What makes this transformation stand out is that it feels sustainable — the initiatives are not just quick fixes but carefully planned improvements that are setting the company up for long-term success. Overall, it is very encouraging to see how far the company has come, and I am optimistic about its continued growth. ✅ Pros: - Stronger and more proactive leadership - Structured processes and clearer direction - Positive shift in company culture - Improved collaboration and communication across teams - Visible long-term commitment to growth and stability

Cons

- Some processes are still evolving and may take time to fully mature - Rapid changes may require employees to adapt quickly - Like any growing company, challenges can arise unexpectedly
