Bully culture, low salary, few benefits, huge expectations, no work life balance , few opportunities for progression, the long term staff havnt developed and that is by design.

No structure Incapable of keeping decent people due to the nature of the so called fast paced business No budget for ANYTHING(very difficult when you need decent hardware to do your job) Hard work is not rewarded No salary increments Unclear goals as the target will shift constantly
