      I appreciated my colleagues because we work as a team and clients are mostly very kind despite the lack of development in the products.

      Cons

      The VP and leaders look for scapegoats if they cannot solve the escalations. The US & India salary is below market standards. The mix up performance with salary increments and rate exceptional employees as average The CEO though, delivers big promises of careers but he or his VPs have kept no promises so far

      Excellent benefits, salary, company culture. Employees are heard and are a priority for managers. Good leaders and great future.
