      Pros

      A company with a wonderful mission and employees that really love what they do.

      Cons

      If you don’t mind the stress of not knowing whether the company you’re working for will be sustainable in the long term, then you won’t mind this job. Definitely not a job for the breadwinner in the family!

      Pros

      A company full of people who truly believe in the work they do, and one that is firmly guided by their mission.

      Cons

      The owner is in over his head. He knows native plants and native plant communities very well, but he does not know how to run a business this size. Instead of finding people who can, he's fired nearly everyone and is leading the company down a grim path.
