Pros

A really supportive team that has helped me take on some amazing projects working with some of the countries best charities. A great place to push yourself without fear of failure as there is loads of support from some very experience directors. I highly recommend

Cons

Not sure there are any as the big thing for me it the ability accelerate your career whilst having the supported if you make a mistake.
