WORST COMPANY EVER

Pros

The only good part of this company is the training which are great. But obviously you need them to be able to do the job. Apart from that there is nothing.

Cons

This company only care about money, they don't care about staff or service users, at least these bring a lot of money by being big packages. That is why they will lie during interviews about our clients. They will not tell you that clients they have are dangerous, that your life will be at risk. You don't get sick pay even after incidents where service users will attack you... any type of abuse towards staff is acceptable in this company. I have been physical and psychologically abuse in the daily basis by service user, I suffered harassment since day 1 and none did anything to protect me. Once I left I also suffered financial abuse from the company as they stole my holiday's money. You don't get any benefits, no sick pay, no appreciation, no possible progression. Project are falling apart, dirty buildings, no appropriate staff facilities like toilets. Bullying is a normal practice in this company, from management, HR and even the CEO is not an example of best behaviour towards his staff. Confidentiality doesn't exist. If you whistleblowing anything all your colleagues will find out, they don't keep anything private. Their investigations are a joke. They are not impartial. HR doesn't know their staff, don't know what they are going through in the daily basis . At some point they forgot that they work with people and for people. If managers don’t like you, you will fail probation, and if you were working there for long time already, they will make your days impossible until you leave like in my project, 6 people left in a period of 7 month because they were bullied or because management only expect you to clean other people dirt. They don't allow you to use staff facilities such as pc for work, you are only there to clean and cook. They don't want you to progress because they feel you are a threat They don't give you the rota in advance so you can never make plans. Long hours, they feel above the law because you don't even have 11 h between shifts of break. No life balance.

Pros

None it was very unwelcoming

Cons

This is the most bullying, aggressive, non trust worthy company. Do not apply to work here. They bully, intimidate and do not treat people well at all. They also lie as they are only interested in covering up their poor practice. Complete lack of morals, empathy and governance from the top down.
