We know our ongoing success is dependent on the dedication of our employees, and one of the ways we show our gratitude is by giving all employees a year-end bonus.
It is regrettable to us that you felt your work experience at Precipart was less than optimal. We are an organization that prides itself on continuous improvement, a supportive organizational culture, and actively listening to our employees. In fact, for the past two years, we have been recognized by Newsday as a Top Long Island Workplace. In addition, we provide many avenues for employees to express their opinions about their work-life at Precipart. This includes employee satisfaction surveys, suggestion boxes, focus groups, and an open-door policy. We take the feedback of our employees very seriously so that we can continuously build upon our strengths as well as address areas for improvement. This approach has kept our turnover levels low and competitive within the industry. We also reward our employees for their years of service by providing them with an annual longevity bonus. Finally, we are committed to Leadership Training to help build a strong and respectful management team committed to our valued staff, loyal customers, and the vision, mission, and values of Precipart. This is consistent with our Code of Conduct and Governing Values which fosters open communication and promotes mutual respect, trust, and support for all of our employees and customers.
