      This company is all about hostile takeovers, employee cliques and they lie about everything.

      Pros

      Any company would be better than this, so at least I know what rock bottom feels like. At least I know not to fly any of the planes with their parts.

      Cons

      Rude and sexist attitudes from management. Big time favoritism and there is no room for growth at all. You have to be the president's flavor of the month or he gets bored with you and makes your life awful. Immoral and unethical behavior is rewarded and hostility is not only tolerated but praised and rewarded. Being loyal gets you nowhere. They don't care about you or your future and some of the management will tell you that straight to your face and others will be just as happy to stab you in the back. They even lie about what they guarantee you in writing.

      Pros

      There are some fantastic people to work for in the upper echelon of management. Lots of areas to work as far as fields of study goes.

      Cons

      The CEO is an egotistical maniac who will literally throw a temper tantrum at the drop of a hat. There is little to no opportunities for advancement in the company. Sales is the only department the CEO thinks is worth anything and has even said they are the only asset in the company.

      Most of the people there are great.

      Cons

      Treat people like equipment. If you are not one of the CEOs favorite/butt kissers then you are ignored and never talked too.
