Precision will be one of my favorite employers I have ever had! I decided to move back to my hometown several hours away to be closer to family. If I did not do that, I would still be working with Precision. I genuinely don't think any other employer can match how amazing they are. Some of my favorite things about them are... - The staff they hire are high quality. All of the coworkers, managers, and owners are amazing. - The work environment is fun! The owners, coworkers, and managers make Precision a positive place to work. I was able to walk into work every day knowing I would have uplifting conversations with staff, and be able to laugh and have fun all while getting to serve the community we live in. - There are many opportunities for growth and learning. The owners and managers want the staff to succeed and provide many resources to do so. - Employees have flexible work schedules, ample PTO, and stellar benefits. - Precision is family-oriented, locally owned, and operated. The company knows the demographic they are serving and does that so well! - Employers support both the customers and their employees immensely!
Cons
There is not a single downside to getting to work with Precision! Every single person who works there is amazing and the owners, Bob & Leslie, are the best employers you could ever hope for. I am so incredibly thankful for the time I had with their company. It was a huge blessing!
