First, any positive reviews you see of the company are written by the engineers, not the pursuits employees, and for good reason: the CEO seems to have it in for his own marketing team. Second, the entire place is completely disorganized and there is no effective leadership. You are treated like a servant, not an individual on a team. If you do decide that the money is right, just ask the person whom you’re interviewing how long the average pursuits/writer/business development person lasts. And then follow up by saying why. Also remember: “direct management” is their poor euphemism for extreme micromanaging.
