      Laser focused on 'people' and truly care for each other. Flat leadership organization, so lots of autonomy Delivering value to clients with a focus on integrity and ingenuity Tech agnostic Lots of opportunities for personal development and growth

      The small size makes for a lean support staff. Sales and resourcing for new clients is a challenge.

      Great Culture with the proper priorities. Project managers help cut through red tape and give you what you need to complete your work. Other software engineers tend to really enjoy their craft and can talk on a variety of subjects in computer science.

      Cons

      Project choice is not often up to you; like in many consulting firms you will sometimes have to take on projects that require new and varied skillsets.
