      Pros

      Pay weekly, Federal Holidays Off

      Cons

      Don't respond efficiently to needs when something goes wrong and very disorganized. This is a VERY SMALL company so don't expect too much. Benefits are not great, no compensation when you are let go, no notice before being let go and no explanation.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits were in line with competition. The people in general was nice and the company was actively involved in the community. Volunteerism was encouraged and support by leadership.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits were in line with competition, but leadership was disorganized. There were very little policies and procedures put into practice, so consistency was hard to obtain.

      PSG has always maintained a policy of equal opportunity in recruitment, selection, training, compensation, promotion, job transfer, and assignments. A lot of OTHER things have changed for PSG since 2011 and we felt compelled to share those here. Now, we have program managers specifically supporting each group of employees and formalized processes to include: position specific employee handbooks, in-person orientations whenever possible, informational welcome emails, monthly reports, and performance discussions 2x per year. We are a proud of our advances and we are committed to continuous improvement so that these concerns are alleviated.

      Independent Staffing Agency needs more guidance

      Pros

      They pay weekly. Nothing real positive to say here. Its a "job."

      Cons

      Not attentive to your needs, feel threatened when asked questions. No room for advancement and pay is not inline with corporate america or the federal government. Their insurance compensation is less than savory and they don't allow you to choose. Don't proved paid time off for employees either so they must work like dogs just to maintain 40 hrs a week. There is no regard to personal time, or sick time. If you are out you are out!
