Pros
There is really no Pros working with this company. Maybe the pay? Not sure really.
Cons
The individuals working in the company will treat you like you are inferior if you are unable to converse in Mandarin. They truly treat you like you are invisible. There is lack of diversity in each departments. On top of that, the superiors were not professional at all. I have heard individuals getting yelled at by managers in front of the company building for everyone and other company to hear. People were transferring and quitting every other week. All of these are just the tip of the iceberg.
