      Work weeks were short and always the same unless overtime was needed

      Cons

      Worker have no voice, Management is poor in communication, Teaching new staff, degrades some employees to other employees. Company cares more about dollars than employees safety and well being. Many many safety and hazard concerns

      Able to work any amount of overtime you want Nice pay rate for the area

      Cons

      If you're a packer/stacker, the work is relentless with almost no downtime Forced overtime reducing you to less than 2 days off per week happens often Shift v shift culture no sick days, PTO is minimal

      there is not anything good about premier worst working condition to work under the supervisor suck human resources the is none.

      Cons

      horida working condition crap for a shop no tools to work with they expect you to supply all the tools to fix there equipment. speaking of there equipment it is all junk .there no place to wash equipment before you work on it. nobody takes care of anything. the bosses suck badly they change them every six months nobody knows what is going on at anytime. ask for something to work with and they look at you that's if you just asked them to cut off there arm would not recommend to anyone. they let you go for no reason at all on just with out giving you one at all. worst place in the world to work.
